Registration
Befor placing an order, customers are asked to register with Bedessee Sporting Goods to process your transaction(s); we need your email address, name, and address and credit card number. we use this information for our ordering process. All order(s) and shipping confirmation will be sent via Email. We might periodically send email(s) to customers about any promotions or news articles that we may have from time to time.
Orders
We request information from you to process your order. here you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date and CVV code). This information is used for billing purposed and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.
Shipping
All orders are shipped either by UPS or US Postal Service. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation of orders. A tracking number will be provided for all packages so you can easily trace your order.
Returns and Refunds
Any item(s) in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days any product received are subject to our 15% re-stocking fee.
Customers must contact Bedessee Sporting Goods for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any merchandise. No returns will be accepted withour a RA#.

Any damaged, lost or missing items must be reported within 24 hours or claim to be issued. All shipments are insured from the carrier service that delivers your package. A claim will be initialized with the carrier company. any monetary settlements will be directly sent to the customer from the carrier. This settlement may take from 30-90 days for the final settlement or longer.
Tax
Any shipment(s) outside the state of New York wil not be subjected to sales tax. However, sales tax will be charged to all shipments within New York State in compliance with the NY State sales tax regulation. This includes packages delivered within the state of New York.

While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lcok icon on the bottom of Netscape and Microsoft IE web browsers become locked as opposed to unlocked/open when you are just surfing. While we use SSL encryption to proctect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to such infromation.
